100 Years Hus-Museum-Society in Prag. 1919-2019

For more than 200 years, the “Hus-Haus” has been a centre of veneration of the Czech scholar and reformer John Hus. After he had criticised the state of the Church, John Hus was forced to defend his teachings at the Council of Constance. On July 6, 1415, he was sentenced to burn at the stake as a heretic.
